MOULDING LINES
The panels are moulded on moulding belts with continuous gypsum casting.
MOULDING BELT
The panels can vary in size and have the male-female section already constructed in the moulding phase
CUTTING
The panels are cut with the “fly cutting” system and can vary in length
PANEL LOADING
The panels are automatically loaded on the drying trolley
DRYING TROLLEY LOADING
The panels are loaded on the drying trolley in the vertical position to maintain perfect flatness.
DRYING TROLLEY
The drying trolley, once the loading phase of the panels has been completed, is moved in a completely automated manner through the dryer and up to positioning on the unloading station.
DRYING TROLLEY UNLOADING
The panels exiting the dryer are automatically unloaded and are milled on the heads to create the male-female section.
PALLETISATION AND PACKAGING
The milled panels are ready for palletisation and packaging, this phase is carried out by a completely automated line.
